YOGA Classes

+ gentle yoga

Hatha Yoga, or Gentle Yoga, is a collection of physical postures and movements called asanas. Combined with mindful breathing, it produces a relaxed state that encourages a deepened meditation. The by-product is physical wellness. Postures and movements can be selected for specific physical benefits with the class ending in meditation.

Taught by Daniela Kulik.

+ Let Your Yoga Dance

Yoga Dance is a transformational movement practice where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. The atmosphere in these classes will be playful, compassionate, non-competitive, kind rigorously, and respectful to all participants. We will explore and empower all seven of our energy centers - our chakras. On this journey I will help you to find profound joy to release unhealed blocks. Just come as you are and let it go.

+ Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a Vinyasa or flowing style of yoga, focusing on core strength, balance, and flow. It’s a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to the movements. Each session incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina.

+ Stretch & Recovery

Based on AIS (Active Isolated Stretch), The Mattes Method. Learn how to ‘self stretch’ the deep fascia (tissues) which will promote optimal range of motion by facilitating flexibility at the joint, mobility of the spine, and kinesthetic awareness. This class will aid in injury prevention, and rehabilitation, add to athletic performance, and offer freedom of movement that enhances daily health and well being.

Taught by Kelley Atlee.

+ Wellness Yoga

Chronic back problems or other past injury? Wellness yoga will be your oasis! The sequence of the class is designed to gently lengthen and strengthen your spine, increase core stability, and increase flexibility in your back, hips and legs. All levels.

+ yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is designed to help you stretch connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). It increases your flexibility, melts your stress away, acts as a gentle form of meditation, and gives you a fabulous afterglow. It’s a slow, more passive practice, involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Taught by Daniela Kulik.

+ Yoga & Foam Rolling

In these classes we will flow through some yoga poses to stretch and strengthen our bodies, minds, and souls. We will also nurture ourselves with a deep tissue massage on the foam roller.

Taught by Daniela Kulik.

+ Yoga Flow
