Chair Barre & Yoga

Thursdays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Members: $25/month
Non-members: $50/month

Instructor: Daniela Kulik

This monthly program is designed for those that need a little bit of extra support and care. With no up and down on a mat, this therapeutic program is helpful for those recovering from an injury or those who have not worked out for a while but want to get moving again. It’s gentle, but it’s a workout.

Warrior workshop

Is your life worth the fight? Join us for some fun and a little bad guy beat down. We will discuss situational awareness, risk reduction, learn how to use our personal weapons and learn about Damsel in Defense products. Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to leave a Warrior!

Taught by Michelle Morrow, certified R.A.D. and Damsel in Defense PRO.
