+ Athletic Circuit Training (ACT)

Amp up the power with full-body power and cardio circuits to bring out your inner athlete! Training includes plyometrics, agility, conditioning, balance, and stabilization for vitality and strength.

+ bike to barre

This Cycle-Barre combo class is a full body, low impact workout that will get your heart pumping. We will start on the bike for an intense, 25 minute ride. Then, you will come to the mat/barre for strengthening and toning with lightweights.

+ Body Conditioning

A high intensity, high impact, total body workout combining cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Offered twice a week in two different workout formats to achieve maximum fat burning results.

+ Boxing

Learn real boxing techniques while getting a crazy workout at the same time! Teachings integrate bags, mitts and other equipment for boxing and conditioning. A great stress release! Wraps and gloves available on site. All ages and abilities are welcome.

+ Cardio KickBoxing

A power packed cardiovascular workout that will help you jump, jab and kick your way into a new level of fitness. Workout intensity can be modified to suit any fitness level.

Take your riding experience inside for a motivating, calorie burning, fun, group ride to fantastic playlists! Intensity is up to you, take it up to the max or enjoy a steady ride. Classes run 30, 45 or 55 minutes.

+ Cycle & TRX

55 minutes of body sculpting, fat melting fun is what you get in this incredible class! Cardio, strength, and conditioning in one class! Start on the bike for cycle.  Then transition to the TRX for strength and conditioning. Have fun, and get drenched workin’ it out!

Intense cardio workout, functional training, occasionally with light weights, combining kickboxing moves and high intensity cardio moves. Plan to sweat!

+ Pound

Pound is a full-body cardio workout, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and poses, and plyometrics into a 45-minute jam session. Burn tons of calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique.

+ reb3l groove

REB3L GROOVE is a dance fitness program for all ages and all fitness levels. It's a class comprised of 16 to 17 hip hop based mainstream songs that allow a feeling of a night out with the girls! Each song is choreographed to cater to your entire body and burn anywhere from 600 to 1000 calories a class! This is a high impact dance party for anyone who wants to move! If you can move, you can dance! Come see for yourself!
